Only licensed captains or charter operators who depart from Topsail Island (Hampstead, Surf City, Topsail Beach, North Topsail Beach, or Sneads Ferry) are eligible for listing. All applicants are vetted and verified. Please do not apply if your charter operates outside this area.

Once your application has been vetted we will then approve your membership and setup a recurring payment of $12 per month. You will receive an invoice for payment from the SquareUp payment system.
